ONE SIMPLE CHANGE, THREE EASY STEPS
Interested in being a part of the Children’s Health Study? Here’s what you need to do:
Enroll
Sign up as a Juice Plus+ customer and buy Juice Plus+ capsules and/or chewables.
Participate
As a bonus for being a customer, you’ll receive Juice Plus+ Orchard Blend and Juice Plus+ Garden Blend for your child — free of charge — to participate in the study for four years.
Review
After the first four to eight months of taking Juice Plus+, you will be asked to complete a simple survey to see how you and your child’s health habits have been impacted by Juice Plus+. Follow-up surveys will be given at the end of each year of participation.
REQUIREMENTS
For Adults:
You must be over the age of 18 and play an active role in a child’s life (as a relative, friend, mentor or godparent) to sign up as a Juice Plus+ customer.
For Youth:
Your child must be between the ages of 4 and 18 or a full-time undergraduate college student in a four-year degree program.
